The rule in our house on your birthday is you get to pick your FAVORITE meal. Victoria picks Chicken and Dumplings every year. We aren't sure if it's because it is truly her favorite or because her older brother completely HATES them - so much that he actually threw them up one time!! Yikes, I don't think I won the good mommy award that night. Anyway,
